Project INSPIRE:[]
The organisation began with a simple speach agreed upon by three of the first five and delivered by Matthew Levec. In London, he appealed for NOVAs to come forward and to volounteer their tremendous powers for the good of all mankind. Or would have done if there was not a bomb involved.
